On Friday, Turkish justice issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir, and 34 other suspects, including the Chief of Staff of the Israeli Army, Eyal Zamir.

The Attorney General of Istanbul accuses the Israeli state of 'genocide' and 'crimes against humanity' in Gaza, mentioning the bombing of the Turkish-Palestinian hospital in Gaza Strip, which Israel considers a base for Hamas fighters. Turkey, critical of Israel's actions, joined a genocide procedure against Israel at the International Court of Justice last year.
