In a meeting with generals and admirals at Quantico, Trump stated that internal threats are harder to identify than external ones, criticizing the cities run by Democrats, such as San Francisco and Chicago, as being unsafe. He proposed using these cities as training grounds for the military and the National Guard, arguing that soldiers should respond more aggressively to attacks. Trump advocated for a tougher approach to internal challenges, stating that national security depends on territorial control.
