The American president Donald Trump said on Thursday, after a meeting with his Ukrainian counterpart, Volodymyr Zelensky, in Davos, that "the war must come to an end." This statement came after a "positive" meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Trump stated that the meeting with Zelensky was "very good" and mentioned that "it is a continuous process," but asserted that "the war must end," adding that his team will also meet with Putin in Moscow later today.

"Everyone wants this war to end," he said.

Special envoy Steve Witkoff will travel to Moscow for discussions with Vladimir Putin, emphasizing that there are possible solutions for the conflict.
