American President Donald Trump declared on Friday that the statements of Iranian officials about a draft agreement with the U.S. for ending hostilities do not reflect reality, stating that they are "very dishonest." Trump emphasized that what the Iranians communicated does not correspond with what was agreed in writing. He also announced that he ordered the cancellation of airstrikes against Iran, considering that the latest negotiations would have led to an agreement. The draft agreement, according to Iranian sources, would provide for an immediate cessation of hostilities, including in Lebanon, and 60 days of negotiations on nuclear issues, as well as the lifting of American sanctions. Among Iran's demands are the release of $24 billion from frozen funds and the lifting of sanctions on Iranian oil. Trump, on the other hand, wants an agreement that prevents Iran from developing a nuclear weapon, including by neutralizing the stock of enriched uranium.
