The President of the USA, Donald Trump, stated that there will be no American military intervention against the regime in Tehran, contrary to expectations. An Iranian diplomat confirmed that Trump informed Iran about the absence of attack plans, while also requesting restraint from them. In a press conference, Trump mentioned that he received information that executions in Iran have ceased and that there are no plans for large-scale executions, but he did not rule out the possibility of future military action. In Iran, the number of deaths resulting from the government's repression has reached 2,571, and over 18,100 people have been arrested. Protests have decreased in intensity due to the high number of casualties, and locals claim that people no longer go out into the streets out of fear.
