In an interview for POLITICO, President Donald Trump characterized Europe as a group of states 'in decline', led by 'weak' leaders who fail to manage migration and the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. Trump stated that he will support European candidates who share similar visions to his own. He also addressed domestic issues, stating that he will choose a new head of the Federal Reserve who will support rapid interest rate cuts and mentioned the possibility of expanding military actions against the cartels in Mexico and Colombia.
