The President of the USA, Donald Trump, requested today, through a post on social media, the cessation of hostilities between Israel and Iran, after Israel attacked several targets in Iran in response to rockets launched at northern Israel.

Trump condemned both parties to stop the "exchange of fire" and emphasized the importance of an immediate ceasefire, mentioning that negotiations for a peace agreement are underway. He also stated that the blockade will remain in effect until the agreement is finalized. In this context, the Israeli army is preparing for a possible escalation of the conflict, while Iran has already launched rockets at Israel. The Israeli armed forces confirmed that the attacks are coordinated with the United States, and Trump expressed the intention to convince Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to accept a new ceasefire.
