US President Donald Trump has announced a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin on August 15 to discuss a possible ceasefire in the Ukraine conflict. Kirill Dmitriev, Russia's investment representative, said some countries would make considerable efforts to disrupt the meeting, accusing them of wanting to prolong the conflict.
