A school bus hit several students and parents outside a school in the Chinese city of Tai'an, killing 11 people and injuring several others. The driver was detained by police.

The accident happened in Tai'an city, in front of a school, where the bus lost control and hit several people. In addition to the 11 people killed, several others were injured, one in critical condition. Pictures from the scene show dramatic scenes and the driver has been detained by police for investigation. This incident comes shortly after a similar accident in China.
