Jean Laussucq, Brigitte Barèges and Stéphane Vojetta have been declared ineligible for one year because of financial problems linked to their electoral campaigns. Laussucq used personal funds for campaign expenses, Barèges irregularly invoiced collaborators from his office and Vojetta irregularly paid transportation expenses. These decisions will lead to legislative by-elections to replace them.
