<p>On Sunday night at the annual "Westfest" carnival in West Valley City, Utah, an altercation between two groups led to gunfire, resulting in the deaths of three people, including an eight-month-old baby. A 41-year-old woman and an 18-year-old were among the victims. Police intervened and a 16-year-old was detained after opening fire.
