Germany has recorded a significant economic recovery, with the manufacturing PMI exceeding the 50-point threshold, reaching 50.7 points, indicating expansion after nearly four years of recession.

This growth has been supported by increased demand for goods and services, with an improvement in new orders in the manufacturing and services sectors. The Hamburg Commercial Bank report highlights that private sector activity has reached a four-month high, and job losses have stabilized. The services sector led the expansion, recording a growth rate of 53.4. Additionally, external orders have increased for the first time in seven months, suggesting a recovery of the economy. Government incentives, including spending on infrastructure and defense, are expected to support this positive trend. Analysts emphasize that, although Germany is returning as the growth engine in the eurozone, it remains to be seen whether the industry will be able to sustain the growing demand.
