Quincy Promes, the former Ajax, Sevilla and Spartak Moscow footballer, has been sentenced to six years in prison for drug trafficking. He was accused of importing 1,300 kilograms of cocaine into Europe, using his phone to coordinate the illegal deal. Promes was arrested in Dubai, where he last played football.
