Leonid Radvinsky, a Ukrainian entrepreneur and owner of the OnlyFans platform, died at the age of 43 after a long battle with cancer, according to a company spokesperson. Radvinsky acquired OnlyFans in 2018, transforming it from a niche site into a highly profitable business, generating $1.9 million a day in 2024. The platform's popularity significantly increased during the Covid-19 pandemic, contributing to his wealth, estimated at $4.7 billion at the time of his death.
Although he was known for his discretion, Radvinsky had a controversial start to his career, creating websites with dubious content. Before his death, he was in negotiations to sell OnlyFans, valued at $8 billion. Radvinsky paid $1.8 billion in dividends and generated $1.4 billion in revenue in 2024, with users spending $7.2 billion on the platform.
