In Slovakia, a 19-year-old teenager, known as Muro, initiated a protest movement by writing messages with chalk on the sidewalks near his high school, criticizing Prime Minister Robert Fico. The messages, which include anti-government slogans, appeared a few hours before Fico was to give a speech at the school, provoking a swift reaction from the public and authorities. The movement, dubbed "Chalk Revolution," gained popularity on social media, with young people from across the country expressing their frustration over government corruption and Fico's pro-Russian policies.

Muro has been invited to speak at rallies, where he emphasized the importance of elections and democracy. Although the movement has faced challenges, including personal attacks, he remains optimistic that the protests will continue, considering the elections in 2027. Muro believes that using chalk is a harmless yet effective form of civil disobedience that allows people to express their dissatisfaction in a visible way.
