At the Thursday meeting in Paris, the Coalition of Will, made up of approximately 30 countries, will clarify Europeans' commitments to Ukraine's security, awaiting American support. NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte emphasized the importance of collaboration with the U.S. to ensure the necessary guarantees. Some European states hesitate to commit without concrete support from America, which is considered essential. Rutte insisted on the need not to weaken NATO's defense in the face of Russian threats, emphasizing that all Alliance members must invest more in defense.
