Hernán Damiani, the leader of the opposition in Argentina, died during the broadcast of "Dólar Blue" due to a heart attack.

Shortly after the show started, Hernán Damiani, leader of the Radical Civic Union (UCR), experienced breathing difficulties, lost consciousness, and collapsed, while colleagues in the studio, including former Health Minister Walter Villalba, tried to assist him with resuscitation maneuvers. Unfortunately, despite efforts, he was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Damiani was a well-known politician, actively involved in Argentina's political life, and his death occurred in the context of the midterm elections taking place in the country, where approximately half of the parliament and senate are being renewed. The UCR expressed its condolences to his family and friends, highlighting his significant contribution to politics.
