A group of 23 people was planning a terrorist attack on the day of President Donald Trump, but the FBI thwarted the plot. Five suspects were arrested.

The FBI thwarted a terrorist plot targeting President Donald Trump, planned to take place on his birthday, during the UFC America 250 tour in Washington, D.C. According to FBI Director Kash Patel, a group of 23 individuals intended to use drones loaded with explosives to incite panic in the crowd and direct people towards snipers, with the goal of breaching the White House. The conspirators communicated via the Signal app, and so far, five individuals have been arrested. One of the detainees mentioned that the participants were 'billionaires and capitalists' with ties to the Jewish lobby AIPAC. On June 10, the FBI received information about the threat to the event and acted quickly, thwarting the planned attacks. Vice President JD Vance highlighted the magnitude of the threat, and the Department of Justice declined to comment. This is not the first time Trump has been the target of an attack, a similar incident occurred in 2024 when he was injured during a campaign rally.
