The storm caused coastal flooding, strong winds and heavy rain. High wind and hazardous weather warnings remain in effect for the region, with "widespread impacts of hazardous weather" forecast. As of Wednesday morning, 140,000 customers are without power in New York, followed by about 100,000 in Pennsylvania and more than 50,000 in North Carolina and New Jersey.
