Harish Ahuja's $27 million deal for a 20,000 square-meter property in London's Notting Hill, London, comes as London's luxury real estate market is slowing. His son Anand Ahuja and daughter-in-law Sonam Kapoor plan to use part of the property as housing, while another section of the building could be converted into apartments.
