The incident was caught on CCTV and Richardson allegedly pushed Coleman, causing him to fall violently. Although he initially withdrew from the 100m semi-finals, Richardson later confirmed that he will compete at the World Championships in Tokyo, with a guaranteed spot thanks to his title in 2023.
