Three people died and dozens were injured in a bus accident in Serbia, which was transporting employees of a factory.

On Friday, October 17, a serious road accident occurred in Serbia, resulting in the death of three people and injuring dozens of others. The bus, which was carrying employees of a memory foam factory, overturned on a road between the town of Sremska Mitrovica and the village of Jarak, 70 kilometers west of Belgrade.


The Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that the bus left the roadway for unknown reasons, and the driver has been arrested. Of the 61 patients brought to the hospital, 39 were hospitalized, many of them in serious condition, according to the director of the hospital in Sremska Mitrovica, Vojisav Mirnic. Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances of the accident.
