The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and the National Police have arrested six FSB agents suspected of planning terrorist attacks against Ukrainian servicemen. They were recruited through Telegram channels and attempted to use improvised explosive devices. Among those detained are two members of a sabotage group caught in Kiev and other suspects arrested in cities such as Vinnitsia and Dnipro. All face life imprisonment for terrorism. The investigation continues to identify Russian subversive cells.
