According to the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, Russia has started to organize the participation of a detachment of Laotian engineer troops in the demining of the territories of the Kursk region. Laos, dependent on foreign aid, has indicated its readiness to send up to 50 'military engineers' to Russia. The GUR underlines that these actions are acts of international complicity in armed aggression against Ukraine.
