Russia has rejected the idea of a ceasefire with Ukraine in the Black Sea, proposed by Kiev, stating that there is no justification for such a measure.

Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated that Moscow does not intend to stop hostilities along the current contact line. Russia accuses the United States of involvement in supporting Ukrainian attacks, including by providing information. Lavrov mentioned that he raised these issues in Washington, seeking clarifications from the State Department.

He also threatened with harsher actions against Western arms deliveries to Ukraine, emphasizing that Moscow will intensify efforts to destroy military supplies that support the Ukrainian army. Despite ongoing support from Western allies, Ukraine is facing a chronic shortage of resources in certain areas.
