Maria Zaharova, the spokesperson for the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stated that the Bloomberg report regarding Russia's changes to the peace plan prepared by the USA and Ukraine is a "fake news".

Zaharova emphasized on her Telegram channel that Bloomberg does not have reliable sources close to the Kremlin and that the term "close to the Kremlin" is used to cover false information. After negotiations, Ukraine and the USA revised an initial peace plan of 28 points, presenting a new framework in 20 points, which includes security guarantees between Ukraine, the USA, and Europe. Bloomberg reported that Russia would like to request changes to this plan, including stricter restrictions on the Ukrainian Armed Forces, considering the document a "starting point" for further negotiations.
