In addition to Qatar, other countries such as Indonesia, Turkey, India and Chile have expressed their desire to host the competition. Qatar is planning a sustainable legacy and will host the Asian Games in 2030. Other possible bids include Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Egypt and others.
