Russian President Vladimir Putin inaugurated a new palace in Crimea, documented by the Anti-Corruption Foundation of dissident Alexei Navalny. The construction, located at Cape Aya, was originally intended for former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych and has been rebuilt to meet the requirements of the Federal Protective Service. The project cost at least 10 billion rubles, and the palace includes a private hospital with an operating room, advanced medical equipment, and a spa center. The complex spans 3.5 hectares and features a helipad, guest apartments, and a park with a sea view. The funding was provided by businessman Vladimir Kolbin, linked to Putin. This construction underscores the extravagant lifestyle of the Russian leader, in contrast to the economic realities of the country.
