The spokesperson for the Kremlin, Dmitri Peskov, announced that Russian President Vladimir Putin is willing to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, but only for the purpose of finalizing agreements related to the conflict between the two countries.
Peskov's statements were made in the context in which Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha, requested Turkey to host a meeting between the two leaders to relaunch peace negotiations, which are at an impasse. Peskov emphasized the importance of a clear reason for the meeting and mentioned that Putin is ready to meet in Moscow at any moment.
