At least 512 protesters, including nine children, have been killed in over two weeks of protests in Iran, according to the U.S. News Agency for Human Rights (HRANA).

It remains unclear whether the HRANA toll fully reflects the scale of the casualties, considering that authorities have blocked access to the internet and phone lines.
