Poland proposes trilateral discussions with the USA and Ukraine to address the risks related to missile production in Ukraine

The Deputy Minister of Defense of Poland, Magdalena Sobkowiak-Czarnecka, announced that her country proposes organizing trilateral discussions with the United States and Ukraine to address concerns related to the risks associated with missile production in Ukraine. This initiative was discussed during meetings at the Pentagon and the State Department, where the importance of production security and identifying a 'safe place' for missile manufacturing was emphasized. Poland also proposed the establishment of a center for the maintenance and repair of Patriot systems, considering the development of the Polish defense industry and its geographical position. The meetings also included discussions about increasing the number of American troops in Poland, as well as the European SAFE program for defense funding and a four billion dollar American loan for the purchase of armaments. Negotiations will continue in the coming period.
