A 17-story building in the Bronx partially collapsed, and authorities are conducting a search and rescue mission.

So far, there is no information about victims, and rescue teams are working on the roof of the building. The Mitchel complex, where the collapse happened, is part of the 2,400 social housing units in New York, previously criticized for maintenance conditions.
