The incident took place on October 28, marking the anniversary of Mussolini's rise to power. The 30-second video captures the youths chanting the refrain referring to the Blackshirts, accompanied by shouts of 'Duce'.

The opposition, including the mayor of Parma, Michele Guerra, has vehemently condemned this behavior, emphasizing that the city will not tolerate fascist propaganda. The social-democratic association in Emilia-Romagna has called for a clear response from Prime Minister Meloni, who has been criticized for her silence regarding previous incidents related to the National Youth, the youth wing of the Fratelli d'Italia party.
