Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban responded in a post on X to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who harshly criticized him at the Munich Security Conference, stating that Ukraine cannot become a member of the European Union.

Orban thanked Zelensky for his speech, which, in his opinion, will help Hungarians better understand the situation. He emphasized that the debate is not about them personally, but about the future of Hungary, Ukraine, and Europe, reaffirming that Ukraine cannot join the EU.

In response, Zelensky harshly attacked Orban's leadership style, suggesting that he is more concerned with personal well-being than national security, highlighting the importance of unity in the face of Russian aggression.
