OpenAI, the company that owns ChatGPT, has opened an office in Paris, following its announcement in October that it intends to open a location in France. The decision follows a desire to access artificial intelligence talent in France. The opening of the office was welcomed by both Macron and the secretary of state for artificial intelligence and digital technologies.
