The American initiative also includes a financial component, with member states expected to contribute at least 1 billion dollars in the first year.

Netanyahu's office has contested the composition of the council, arguing that it was not coordinated with Israel, particularly due to the inclusion of representatives from Turkey and Qatar. The Prime Minister has asked the Foreign Minister to address this issue in discussions with American officials. Also on the agenda of the meeting is the situation in Iran, with Netanyahu expressing concerns about possible reprisals from Tehran and Israel's preparations to face such attacks.
