Technical problems with the Boeing Starliner space capsule led to the mission being aborted, with astronauts stranded in orbit for an extra 6 months. Wilmore reported a strange noise from the speaker, triggering a search for the cause. That incident led to the decision that the two astronauts would return to Earth in another space capsule.
