Armed robbers stole millions of euros worth of jewelry from the Hiéron Museum in France, including a work classified as a national treasure.

Thieves stole parts of a 10-foot work by jeweler Joseph Chaumet, valued at up to €7 million. The thieves used motorbikes to leave the museum and set up a device to destroy the chase. Paris museum robberies have become increasingly common, with another museum targeted by thieves the day before this incident.
