The Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Medvedev, reacted vehemently to information from the French press about France's intention to send approximately 6,000 troops to Ukraine after a possible peace agreement. Medvedev, visibly irritated by President Emmanuel Macron, threatened Europe with hypersonic ballistic missile attacks, citing a recent attack carried out by Russia in Ukraine.

On his Telegram channel, he compared the attack with the Oreshnik missile to administering an injection of haloperidol, suggesting that it is a necessary reaction against those he considers "dangerous psychopaths." In a post on X, Medvedev denounced European leaders, stating that they want a war, as Russia will not accept the presence of European or NATO troops in Ukraine. He mocked Macron, calling him "Micron" and emphasized that France's actions will lead to serious consequences.
