This statement was made in the context of discussions with his G7 counterparts, where the wars in Ukraine and the Middle East were also addressed. Kaja Kallas, his EU counterpart, accused Russia of providing information and drones to Iran, thus facilitating attacks against Americans and neighboring countries. Rubio also mentioned the progress in negotiations with Iran, describing the process as ongoing and fluid, with messages being conveyed through intermediaries.
