On the night of Thursday to Friday, the American Department of Defense carried out a lethal attack on a vessel associated with the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua, considered a terrorist organization by the United States. The American Secretary of Defense, Pete Hegseth, announced on social media that, at the order of President Trump, the attack targeted a ship involved in drug trafficking in the Caribbean. Following the operation, several men, described as narco-terrorists, were killed.
