The French group Lactalis has announced the withdrawal from the market of several batches of powdered milk for infants, due to the risk of contamination with cereulide. This measure affects not only France but also over 60 countries, including China and Australia. Lactalis has decided to act preventively to protect consumer health, considering the risks associated with contamination.

The company urges parents to check the purchased products and not to use them if they are part of the withdrawn batches. This withdrawal highlights the importance of food safety and the responsibility of companies in protecting consumers.
