Kirill Dmitriev, the director of RDIF, reacted to the declassification of documents by DNI, which confirm the funding by the USA of biological laboratories in over 30 countries, including Ukraine.

Kirill Dmitriev, special representative of the President of Russia for investments, commented on the declassification of documents by the U.S. National Intelligence Service (DNI), which demonstrate that the American government has funded over 120 biological laboratories in more than 30 countries, including in Ukraine. Dmitriev stated that information about these laboratories has been dismissed over time, despite later acknowledgment of their existence by American officials.

He claimed that Russia has told the truth about these laboratories, while the press and the parallel state have denied this fact. He also called on Wikipedia to revise the information regarding the biological laboratories in Ukraine, presented as a conspiracy theory. DNI Director Tulsi Gabbard emphasized that the office will continue to collaborate with government partners to identify the locations of these laboratories and to put an end to dangerous research that threatens public health.
