In an official statement, Kim Yo Jong denied reports by the South Korean military about the withdrawal of propaganda loudspeakers from the border, saying North Korea has no intention to improve relations with the South. She accused Seoul of disinformation over the goodwill measures and emphasized that the North Korean position would be enshrined in the constitution. The statement comes amid joint military exercises between South Korea and the US, while tensions remain high between the two countries.
