North Korean leader Kim Jong Un traveled on Monday by special train from Pyongyang to Beijing, where he will participate in a military parade marking Japan's surrender in World War II. The parade, scheduled for Wednesday, will be led by Chinese President Xi Jinping and will also include other foreign leaders, such as Vladimir Putin. The Chinese army will showcase modern weapons, highlighting the evolution of contemporary warfare.
