The Argentine president Javier Milei has made serious accusations against the Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez, claiming that he is using the arrival of migrants to naturalize them and gain votes, in order to "perpetuate tyranny." The statements were made in an interview for the television station LN+, without presenting concrete evidence.

In recent days, tens of thousands of migrants have entered the Spanish enclave of Ceuta, located at the border with Morocco, and Madrid has reported that most of them have been repatriated. The Spanish government also announced that 72 migrants have died in this wave of migration, while Rabat reported 11 deaths.

Milei, who has received support from Donald Trump and far-right parties in Europe, uses these images to criticize his leftist political opponents and their immigration policies. Recently, Milei's government issued a decree that prohibits the entry or facilitates the expulsion of foreigners considered hostile to Argentina.
