An Italian court has ended the special administration of the Armani subsidiary, imposed because of the labor practices of its subcontractors in China.

Giorgio Armani Operations was placed in receivership for a year in April after an investigation found it had subcontracted work in Italy to Chinese-owned companies that exploited workers. The court said the company had adopted the necessary organizational model and supplier control procedures, quickly resolving relationships with "at-risk suppliers."
