On Sunday night Israeli settlers attacked a military base in the West Bank, causing destruction and assaulting soldiers. The incident came amid rising tensions after recent settler attacks on Palestinians. Prime Minister Netanyahu condemned the violence, stressing that it cannot be tolerated in a civilized state. This episode joins other violent clashes in the area, including a serious incident in Kfar Malik, where three Palestinians were killed.
