The Israeli army has launched new attacks on the Gaza Strip, resulting in the deaths of 24 Palestinians, including two babies. These actions were a response to a raid by Hamas militants, which led to the serious injury of an Israeli soldier. The most devastating attack took place in the Tuffah neighborhood, where bombings killed 11 people, most of whom were from the same family. Another attack in the Muwasi area of Khan Yunis targeted a tent, killing three people, including a paramedic. The Israel Defense Forces stated that they used precision weapons to eliminate a Hamas commander, but expressed regret for the civilian casualties. Since the start of the ceasefire on October 10, 2025, both parties have violated the agreement, with 556 Palestinians and four Israeli soldiers reported as casualties. Issues at the Rafah crossing complicate the situation, with delays and refusals in the passage of patients and refugees.
