The Israeli Air Force stated on Friday that they destroyed the underground bunker of the former supreme leader of Iran, Ali Khamenei, who was killed last Saturday.
Approximately 50 Israeli fighter jets dropped over 100 bombs, targeting the command complex in Tehran, causing significant destruction in the area. The Israeli army declared that the bunker was intended for managing the war by Khamenei, but he did not have the chance to use it before being eliminated. The attack, considered precise, was the result of prolonged monitoring by Israeli military intelligence units. At the same time, airstrikes also took place in the city of Mahabad, escalating tensions at the northwestern border, and the Iranian regime issued harsh threats against Iraqi Kurdistan. Tehran accuses Israel of attempting to destabilize its control over border regions through these attacks.
